Who We Are EMA is tasked with planning, training and assisting with the coordination of disasters in Trumbull County. EMA stands ready to assist local jurisdictions manage a disaster, both natural (tornado, flood, blizzard) and technological (HAZMAT or nuclear). EMA is the agency which coordinates damage assessment and is the access point for aid in a disaster from the State of Ohio and the Federal Government.
